Putting in work at the lab

We spent the majority of our time today in the Herbal Pharmaceutics Lab starting with an overview and a refresher in Quality Assurance (QA) and the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). In the afternoon we calibrated the balance putting what we learned about QA measures from the morning to use. Our hosts at Rangsit University continue to be very friendly, welcoming and kind. The cafeteria offers a wide range of exciting and healthy food choices making lunch a time to look forward to for all of us. It is getting easier navigating and recognizing land marks, hearing familiar Thai terms when ordering food and just generally finding our way around.
