Using predetermined amounts of Co/S , water, oil ---> prepared 66 individual test tubes (each 1 g) of ME 1, ME 2 and analyzed our sample after a 24 hour period. We then plotted the data to create a pseudoternary phase diagram. Construction of pseudoternary phase diagram is a critical step for the development of such lipid-based formulations. All the bold spots on the graph represent the formulations in which microemulsions were stable.
